COPYWRITING
Need compelling copy written for your business or organization? Compelling stories are Nancy's business!
Nancy Quatrano is a freelance HR and leadership writer with more than 30 years of experience in corporate America as an HR assistant, leadership trainer, human and communications skills assessor and trainer, and international executive secretary to name some of the areas of responsibility she was trained in.
Through a variety of corporate changes and restructurings, she was a team leader in Operations when SAP was implemented, a three-year-long process.
She understands people, listens well, and has the ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
While Human Resource teams may have become more like extensions of the corporate legal department than the employee assistants they once were, the responsibilities are no less important and sometimes daunting.
Training, safety, accountability, healthy workplaces and workspaces, and employee empowerment are still critical needs that corporations must have executed and documented and it all falls on the desk of the HR manager or director.
Effectively communicating with staff and employees is critical to gain cooperation, lower absenteeism, and to unearth serious issues early on.
Storytelling is the way to reach just about everyone with facts and goals, good news, and the hard stuff, too.
Do you have an internal newsletter? Facebook page for employees? A corporate book or eBook?
No time for these things? It's what Nancy specializes in.
